How long does the construction process take?

–          When all licences are achieved and approved by the authorities, the land should be compacted and prepared for the foundation.

–          The production time for all materials is between 75 to 110 days. During this time the preparation and the making of the foundation should be finished and ready before the construction materials arrive.

–          The assembling and finishing of the complete house will take 15 to 20 days.
